Maybe this recognition as a member of the Russell index is what NEWN needed to distinguish itself from the herd of Chinese stocks, that have been taking such a beating of late.
It does look like NEWN will have a positive day for a change!! The stock is WAY cheap at this price--- it deserves a share price well over $5, even in this market.
