TLON - tomorrow is July 1st and its 3rd quarter :)

TLON- well, not only the emails, but in the June 6th press release filed with the SEC they claimed everything was on track for a end of June NDA filing. It seems to me everything obviously was NOT on track at that time...just 2-3 weeks prior.

This is pretty serious stuff IMO, and if I can't trust management, then I don't want the stock.

I wouldn't buy TLON at .50 now- too many other good plays out there with more competent management.

I didn't trust the timing on this one. I think they have some work left to do with the FDA. They have to meet pretty stringent guidelines to get accelerated correct?

Alert...sold remaining position in TLON (.92) at $.92 from .59 entry. Company changed their end of June guidance on NDA filing to sometime in Q3. They have not been transparent with shareholders as they repeatedly stated they would meet their June guidance. They had a chance to get it right with shareholders & earn that trust moving forward but did not do it. I will not be re-entering TLON unless it is for a flip play in the future.

TLON..$.83 Not happy with the change in timing here to change guidance on last day. Multiple emails stated that the company had not changed their guidance nor had plans to. Watching the action of the stock for now. Q3 could be b/w now and end of September so they have 90 days.
