Interesting take from someone who I assume has not worked with an iPad.

However, ppl are mostly idiots, and that accounts for a lot of sales.

I guess I'm one of those senior idiots but not of the generation that buys things new, bright and shiny. I'm a college professor who switched from a laptop to an iPad for nearly all portable work. It's lighter, more portable, more convenient, and for me will serve for most everything my laptop did. I have both an office and home computer in addition to the iPad, yet my primary tool is now the iPad.
