Regarding the pipelines, I just found the NR from may 17 and after production and flow tests for rates & capacity to determine the pipeline infrastructure needed, it looks like there's a lot of work to be done there too. That could take some time for what I simply called "pipeline tie-in".
This could be a long wait but it looks like it'll be well worth it. With this kind of potential they shouldn't have any trouble securing the loan. But like you said, I'm waiting to see how. I hope they can do it without dilution.
