I agree there was a new astringent formula that was reserched and tested. It was implimented to see how much happened and an enormus amount of companies failed.
The politics was to empliment with a serious attitude, Not to point with a boney finger and say you have several moment to get back to us numerically correct. (Boney finger has number, boney number).
No matter what happens I think this company got cought in a river of numbers that flagged them on points. (Really think there was a point enhancement process in there someplace) They will pull out of the back wash.
