Plato – How about I call your customers, supervisors, wife & kids and see how your getting along shall we? Let’s see if you fixed that window or faucet leak your wife has been after you about for two months. Or why don’t you share your last review with us, let us know how you are doing at work. I am seeking information I feel entitled to. Sounds ludicrous doesn’t it?

The very fact you & I are on the same board gives me the “right” to “feel” entitled to this information. Frankly we have no RIGHTS as an investor. A company does not have to comply with any investor with the exception of what the SEC states is required and on a timely basis. They do not have to doll out little tidbits for you to sink your teeth on.

My point sir – If you have an issue with TIVUS keep it with TIVUS. DT has no dog in this “fight” nor DO I WANT THEM TOO. You start being a savvy investor, wanting to checkup on ole TIVUS so put your foot in it and call DT. Why don’t you call the Marriot’s and ask them WTF are they thinking by hiring TIVUS in the first place. Why they ask, because my feelings are hurt because no one from TIVUS will tell me what’s going on – boo who.

I do not believe it was sound judgment calling a client and checking up on the installation.

And to respond to the GM comment – A GM may have known there is scheduled maintenance & rehab of rooms, however he may or may not of been told that a company named TIVUS who is hiring X company to help with installs is coming to his hotel.

A petty group of spoiled children who stomp their feet when they don’t get their way. Pathetic…….. Don’t fukc this up just because you think you’re entitled to know. You are entitled to NOTHING. Sorry that may be too philosophical to bare.
