I know its lovely to say the sellers are gone or that we are going to get news but people have been saying that for 2 months now. Plus, there are enough people that could still sell now and make a good profit, if they feel there is no more upwards movement, then they will still sell. We are pretty much at the point where we can only react to an action, stop the speculation and make smart choices when we see results. Until news hits, lets stop talking about it.
