I think I first read an article in Kipplinger's about PCFG back in 06 when gold was between $500 and $600 an ounce. Nevada is probably the strangest state in the union where something like this could be pulled off. They are very mining friendly. I've just kept adding to my position every year since. I've bought shares from .58 to .0032.
