#300 RE: chances #298

Yes there are some lower priced warrants to work through as well. Below is an excellent analysis from "Touch4Tone" on another board. He performed some good analysis and seems to have a handle on it better than anyone.

Let's Talk About Warrants...

First the bad news... Back on March 31st, I wrote a post (#3434) which I thought was very accurate at the time. My calculations showed there were no .25 cent warrants left and less than 800K .30 cent warrants we needed to deal with. I even ended my post with "I encourage anyone out there to review my work and respond if you see an error". Unfortunately, nobody reviewed my work carefully enough as my conclusions were wrong! It appears that when I did my math, I started subtracting the value of exercised warrants from the list of warrants outstanding as of 12/31/04 and not from the list of outstanding warrants as of 9/30/04. By doing so, my review had me start out with a lot less .16 cent & .25 cent warrants than there actually were at that time! I reviewed by work and now clearly see what I did. Of course, yesterday's 10Q filing showing there were still some .25 cent warrants and a fair amount of .30 cent warrants still outstanding as of 3/31/05 made me aware that my post #3434 was wrong.

Now for the Good News... The overall number of outstanding SWME warrants as of 3/31/05 as compared to 12/31/04 and prior has been reduced significantly. Over 50% of all the outstanding warrants existing on 12/31/04 have been absorbed into the marketplace during the first three months of this year. Swiss Medica raised quite a bit of working capital during that time period to fund today's activity. I would also bet that since the share price has been above .25 cents for a good period of time from 3/31/05 until now, those remaining 1,215,000 .25 cent warrants are likely NOW all gone. The next chunk to work through are those pesty remaining .30 cent warrants that seem to have had some staying power these last three months. Well... with the retail outlet and sales estimations Swiss Medica has talked about, I would think we'd certainly be in a position to chew through those remaining .30 cent warrants and start working on those .40's. Then go ahead a look what you see above that??? really nothing worth speaking about at all! Can't wait to see how this one turns out in the end, as they certainly appear to be heading in the right direction.
