In REALITY it is only the surface fluff used to lure in investors.

Nothing there bothers to mention the FACTS that the " Nazz " deal has going on for 18 MONTHS or so now and has NEVER CLOSED .
I also didn't see any mention of the FACT that QEDN is in default on the " Sofame " deal also since they haven't loaned these companies the money they said they would and lived up to their part of the agreement so at this point it means NADA.
