It doesn't mesh with the EPS of $.01 that Black announced. So either the financials he posted are bogus or he is giving the company away. If the financials are correct, the buyout of $.01 is a joke. The 52 week high was $.033, the fair value is $.15, and they have negotiated other options to buy stock up to $.03. So the whole thing doesn't make any sense regardless of how you slice it. GLTA

I believe it said a minimum of .01 meaning the deal could be for more than if it goes through
