What has that got to do with Fred and Aziz selling Billions of shares at a deep discount??
AMHD has been around for years and was set up many years ago.

I know shells that can be bought now for $100K with financials and legal opinion letters for 90 to 95% of the outstanding. Much better than non-reporting and overly diluted AMHD.
