Doesn't matter if it's stated as a minimum or not. It shouldn't have been mentioned at all if the company is worth $.15-$.20 per share based upon it's own published financial statements. They should have told them to come back with a serious offer or don't let the door hit them in the butt on the way out. GLTA

there is minimum to no talk about disclosure anymore.
less than 30 days from now, talk amoungst the longs about a buyout will also be minimized when black comes forth and tells you that he has changed his mind.

after that, what will be talked about next?
there's always something to talk about when it comes to overzealous up-side speculation.
