Lets get it right, then people won't be confused. The acquisition of Renfro energy is a merger, not a reverse merger. In order for it to be a reverse merger, the current company has to leave and that's not going to happen. This is the "new" Brazos. The "old" Brazos left last year and was validated in the filings that were made in March of this year.
Because of the lack of understanding about what constitutes a RM, most people here have lost the argument over the RM.
When we purchase Renfro Energy, there can be no RM because Renfro Holdings will still be in control of the (new) BRZL. Just like the top of the board says.
That doesn't mean we can't have a name change with the merger. We can have a name change or merger at anytime, but there will be no reverse merger.
