Penny traders bought in last week and they don't like to hold. At this price we haven't seen a lot of money change hands. Total sales are only worth a few thousand dollars. You could have gotten a million shares today for under 4thousand dollars. Some manipulation going on. Look at the 5k share bids and sales out there.
Nothing to worry about. If it were 50 million share sales or something, I would figure Browne had signed a convertable note. At these amounts and at this price it is just us poor folk trading shares. Smart people are taking advantage of the accumulation opportunity.
