Dr. Diwan's stock sales must be disclosed in a form 4 filing. So far there have been 86000 shares sold, or around 5% of what is needed.
Enough to move the price? SURE!
But not enough to explain what is happening here. There are only a few staunch long-term longs left ... everyone knows who they are. Some of the rest of us are hanging by a thread or just trading in and out.
Dr F has already pretty much said there won't be anything significant this week, and there never is anything on a week with a holiday, etc etc etc.
