I agree with what you say about the pps being driven down with small transaction amounts.

I think the financials have relevance to the pink sheet listing board as well as regulators.

The financials are long overdue.

And actually even if the numbers are very bad how much would they or could they hurt a .0062 share price.

Seems like false fear to me.

if you look at the SEC's suspensions history over the last 3 -6 mos. it's scary stuff holding these as the SEC is on a rampage to shut down delinquent filers and so called scam operations (not that i classify USFM as one of these)...then its off to the greys and await getting a MM back on board... im just about done w/ delinquent reporters other than one day in and outs on reinstatements finds etc... heres a link to the SEC and there so called cleaning up of the markets
