stock with borrowed shares on a massive scale which would also
explain the stock price not running up as high as it should.

Don't lose hope on trading this emailed Weber and he told me yesterday he was going to talk to his attornies maybe it will be DTC soon that's the reason why they don't let you trade it I don't know if you called Zecco to find out? O yeah and email Weber to tell him Zecco not letting you trade because non DTC maybe he will move faster if he gets lots of emails.
