learningthe truth: Isnt the MKT an exciting PLACE(?)! Surprise around every corner. LBSR was clearly the most coveted JR. last SUMMER. LBSR was headed for the DOLLAR no doubt if not it was 2 DOLLARS, so I would be in doubt of the DOLLAR LEVEL. AS LBSR was busted by a PHONEY lawsuit,which was only settled so that WE had the ALL CLEAR STATUS for the JV wioth HDI/NAK. So with the SUIT settled we are clear of obtuberances/problems that would hinder and VOID a JV with any company. LBSR is now FREE STATUS with a PENDING JV with HDI/NAK. To cut the chase of words, this puts LBSR in a MKT appraisal value POST SETTLEMENT of 2/3 due to the SEPT dilution of share issues. The QUESTION is what is that MKT value? ANSWER is 2/3 of the HIGH value POST SEPT 2010. LBSR has accompolished additional efforts since last year adding VALUE as well. OK, so what would that VALUE be,to find out simply go back to the charts of AUGUST,SEPTEMBER 2010,you will find that the MKT was telling us before the end of 3rd week SEPT we were worth .86CENTS while on the rise. CONTINUE the chart, by subtracting all of the factors for the LAWSUIT and you have LBSR chasing upward very strongly in OCTOBER 2010 from my stats I get $2.dollars plus& possibly no stopping as is the case with NAK,a reasonable assumption. I can give you a list of 20 companies that have have had "LAWSUITS" brought on to them and their SHARE PRICES fell like a ROCK underwater. So now LBSR has no issues or we could not have a PENDING JV with anybody. MLV knows this as a trecord of LAW. Our all clear status to JV now in my opinion is our GREATEST asset, as now the MKT is waking up and realizing that the STATUS of LBSR is very clear,that is why we are all GREEN and may well be appraised by the MKT to be GREEN now for a LONG LONG TIME. From my heart, yesterday I made a call that I did not clarify, I meant to say that the .062 level was IMO a dithering point/else it would not of been painted onto the CHARTS that xzx posted. I think they marked it as a resistance point which would become a base, I was indicating that it would be a mere BOUNCING level and UPWARD as of yesterday,sorry for my miss-print,sometimes I do not fully explain myself in a smooth manner. My injuries blur my mental focus,but I hang with what dosent KILL you makes you stronger! With LBSR I say it will make you WISER and much more WEALTHY.
