It's all the above. Remember- most of what is happening that is important is happening out of view. But alot is happening. For example, just because there isn't a final edit of the SRK report for general consumption, don't think the information contained therein isn't being discussed with important investors and potential partners, probably via MLV. The understanding of this and the the anticipation of the inevitable outcome of all these developments- namely drilling, deals, and/or JVs is what I believe is driving the demand. Not idle speculation, but rather knowledgable anticipation of important and imminent events, as well as larger entities positioning themselves even as part of these deals.
