Seriously , I think the Premier woke up that Feb. 2011 morning, found out and ran to the media to make an announcement to the world of NL REE's discoveries. I think she did not know she was one step ahead and found out Rusty was a Mountian of very rare elements with gold too.

In her excitement she ran to the media to make an announcement to the world of NL REE's discoveries.

Later she got gagged and was told to let the company announce!!!!
