This rating has been there for weeks. If Bourque Industries were to pay OTC a $4,700 fee, you would see this designation go away quickly. On this level it is somewht like racketeering on the part of OTC, as though Bourque should kiss up to them. Bourque, in my opinion, suffers injustly from the claims made in this rating.
