This is most likely winding down to the wire. LOI date gone and no sign of "it's a no go or go". So things are working still...as far as we know....! Humm, good or bad........LOL..you pick!
In the pasts, RP has sent out PR's stating completions or none completions, we have seen that in the past with PGPM and the company that was the objective took a real dive on the no go...there is DD on that! Don't really know why that happened but only the deal was not in the best interest of PGPM at the time........then seeing that their (other company's stock) plung like it did seems to be a right move for PGPM.......... Who know's.
I am looking for news to pop out within a few weeks. Tuesday after the forth would do me good! LOL
