OK, I'll lift my doubts about this for a second and consider your assertion that Luciano and Ross both tendered their shares.

What did they receive in return for these tendered shares? Further, from where did this remuneration come?

And don't try to tell me they tendered their shares pro bono. My doubts simply cannot be lifted to that stratospheric level.
