Scottrade is the only one that will accept...

E-trade and Ameritrade both trade ERBB, but will not accept incoming transfers of this stock due to its high risk nature (this applies to all OTCBB, and i think pennies in general)...

Just be prepared for ZECCO charging you a 50$ fee to transfer...
