she does respond to emails, but may choose to not reply if you write her a nasty email. she has told me once to please not post her emails directly on here so just for future reference you should refrain from doing so, you can restate her words in your own way however.
like the auditors told me today this delay is widespread amongst many different china companies, they are working on it... the delay is not jen's fault so dont take your rage out on her. you write her a nice email she will write you a nice one back....
