the question is what means will be/were used to obtain additional acreage? Hopefully not dilution at these prices...

If the acreage is on shore (likely) it could be close to production. Maybe a small Indie needs a cash infusion to get oil flowing and ERHC is the source... I just hope they don't dilute the company's crown jewel assets too much.
