Everything has to be done in the board room with trade secrecy. Industry is so small that words gets around so fast that next thing you know, there will be multiple bids.
Black just issued a PR about a bid for HNSS. He told the market about it. Why can't a company interested in buying HNSS just request more information from HNSS?
