I don't understand your logic. Why will the multiple triple? I see that net asset value will increase given your assumptions but not why the p/e multiple will triple.
Treit2002 I'm trying to come up with a value per share on the announced $100 million+ (25% spinoff to the public) of Sino Agro Holding Company in 2013. (Spinning off 14 profit centers AND 25% of the holding company) Will it be a straight division on outstanding shares for the holding company spinoff? Shareholders will love this but can you put your finger on a number?
