Three positive LLEG notes:

The approval of PPA means what? Does it mean the final payment for LLEG's project management services is forthcoming within weeks? An announcement what that final payment will be? More likely Cate won't pay until the first electron comes down the wire. Until then one can speculate whether that final payment a year of construction away is worth $4M or $40M.

The small power producers have been very clear in what they want. They want the same price allowances, or ability to price in increases as given to LLEG. Apparently they are locked into a price structure with low margins. Sounds as though they will be given better terms.

If a company has the SEC knawing on their accounting tails, where the SEC is telling them to fix it, as in you must address the financials now or more serious SEC actions are on the way, then getting an accounting firm in quickly capable of performing the work is prudent.

As for rumors it's just a few outdated web pages, why hasn't the management issued a statement: The SEC found the following 5 trivial things wrong, and we intent to address it by the following means... If it's as trivial as it has been made out, then there was nothing preventing the release of a detailed PR. USOG was quite specific in its PR release. And their issues delt with financials, not trivial webpages. Where's the PR?

Things are really looking up! Laidlaw will continue to progress as we work through this temporary setback. The extra publicity afforded by the SEC should help in the longterm when we put their questions behind us. Uplisting to OTC:BB will bring even more eyes to bear on Laidlaw and there will be more accomplishments for those eyes to see.

NICE POST. Good job keeping the FACTS out there for all to evaluate as we do not want people trading on rumor and specualtion. While we know many will clamor for a PR, "where is it?", and so on, but we all know that the attorneys will not allow specific releases of information until they are satisfied that the SEC is satisfied with corrections and not simply furthering a "FISHING EXPEDITION".

We have already seen Mike walk back his comment about the problems the SEC had being essentially "housekeeping matters", most likely because someone at the SEC too offense to their "concerns" being shown for what they are, trivial in nature and effect.

I have no concerns of the return to trading being diligently worked on and hope that they are preparing to do the UpList simulataneously to get us into a better platform once and for all. LLEG has outgrown the pinks and has been substantially undervalued for quite a while. With the TWO (2) most recent acquisitions, we definitely need a better trading platform to realize the true value of LLEG.

KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK. I am preparing for a vacation and will be gone most of the rest of the week. Keep the FACTS about LLEG in the open and front and center. Don't be discouraged if we hit red as based on the way the gray's trade, it wouldn't be hard for it to happen but I think it unlikely to stay there long if it does as nobody is really willing to sell at these levels other thsn some wanting to flip that possibly got some @.001's.
