wasn't it Braeden (sp?) a while back who kept confirming that JD had lied to him IN PERSON multiple times, and who then sent e-mails asking for clarification? (if it wasn't braeden, someone else on the board). Got absolutely NO response. And he sent his requests multiple times (with multiple NO responses).

the last few weeks have been hilarious. Reading the true believers' posts has brought me a lot of laughs! I mean: "... it's easy to hack the Nevada site" (!!). And this, after JD himself confirmed that exph did indeed file the rs form. As one poster keeps pointing out, YOU CAN'T MAKE THIS STUFF UP! Reminds me of a three stooges short where they helped build the frame for an N.Y. skyscraper. They kept adding bad beams that stuck out and then were forced to keep adding more and more beams that went nowhere.

The statement about the "easy hack" is patently ridiculous given that JD said that exph filed it! But, not to be outdone, JD then patently LIES about the possibility of fixing it! So we have one lie compensating for a sleazy act (rs form) that then requires another lie to compensate for the first lie. The beams keep getting added on and on to each other, all of them leading nowhere. (lately, the believers have been getting funnier than the stooges, so I'm grateful for the entertainment).
