He's right, collagen protein is an "incomplete protein" as it does not contain sufficient amounts or proportions of the essential amino acids needed by the body to build muscle.

Where are you getting the info to support these claims? How do you know the PERCENTAGE of Hydrolyzed Collagen?!...
