I think we were all hoping they would file on time. If Tom got the numbers to the accountants on time (something I can't prove but am willing to give him the benefit of the doubt on), then it was completely out of his hands. I will agree, we do need PR's and I hope we see some coming down the pike (I believe we will).
Until then, we can do one of two things:
1. Continue to bitch and moan about how much we have lost and the fact that we are a nonreporting pink sheet stock or...
2. Focus on the positives of the company (revenues, 28 years of profitability) and continue to push management to release PR's and be up front with the shareholders.
If you are going to do the former, I would encourage you to sell your position, take your loss and mnove on. Complaining about what has happened will not change the SP or the fact that we are on the pink sheets. If you plan on excercising option 2, then I, and I think most folks on this board, will welcome the discussion and ideas.
We have a company that turns a profit and I say we cut them a wee bit of slack, let them get back on their feet and see where this goes. While I am very unhappy about the situation, there are hundreds of pinkies out there that trade higher than this with no fundementals to back them up. At least we know that this company has a fair valuation in the teens which is more than can be said of most pinkies.
Have a great day all,
Eric
