Does everyone understand why a Private Company goes Public?

Do you think that a company wants to now live under a new total set of rules?

Put themselves under a micoscope by FINRA, SEC and even worse people that do not want the company to succeed? (jc)

Do you think that Companies go public because they want to give the shareholders profits? In away yes, They want the share holder to invest in them and share in the rewards of doing so.

The primary reason Companies go Public is to raise cash OR use the shares as investments in purchasing other business' or for loan purposes a long with other things.

With ONLY 49M shares in the float and with the O/S reduction of 151 million shares soon.

NHSH in my opinion is a great investment.

I want NHSH to succeed and make profits so I can as well.

At these prices NHSH is a steal IMO. I wish I could by more. I will continue to add every chance I can.

He did , and he may, but I jsut think that was before all this Quasar lawsuit mess. Things change in business. I am not saying that it is even wrong for them to do so , if necessary.
I am saying that 49 Million went somewhere and hopefully it is to better NHSH not just enrich a few people.

If I went public , I would raise $$ especially if i had spent the kind of $$ and sweat equity that Centa says they have .

i am still on board just keepin it real.
