The threats of legal action are right there in black and white. I've got no problem with you posting them at all.
My company attorneys have told me not to post them in their entirety due to Jeff's threats. I guess they think that these emails should have been confidential or at least considered that way.
It's your money. I personally think something is very fishy here. So, I won't be sending Jeff any money.
It's too bad that this is all shaking out this way man. We saw it all happen before our very eyes in the QASP deal and we did nothing about it. Just keep your eyes open and make sure that it doesn't happen to you again.
I would hope that you'd watch out for me the same way. If I was getting involved with what seemed to be a shaky investment, I would hope you'd try and point it out to me. As a matter of fact, I'm pretty confident that you would. You're a good guy.
