#27685 RE: Made Young #27684

Did you notice that HNSS didn't put any sort of information at the end of their latest PR regarding what HNSS currently does? :)

NEW YORK, NY--(Marketwire - 06/24/11) - Healthnostics, Inc. (Pinksheets:HNSS - News) has been approached by a publicly-traded corporation seeking to acquire the Company for a minimum target price of $.01 per share. It is expected that these negotiations will be completed over the next 30 days. Additional information will be issued as it becomes available. Meanwhile, information concerning other ongoing subjects and developments will be held in abeyance. These ongoing discussions are in the final stages, and management reiterates that it is precluded from addressing individual stockholder questions.

This press release may contain certain statements that are not descriptions of historical information, but are forward-looking statements within the meaning of Section 27A of the Securities Act of 1933 and Section 21E of the Exchange Act of 1934. These forward-looking statements refer to matters that involve risks and uncertainties. Such statements reflect management's current views and are based on certain assumptions. This is the paragraph that was included with the Fortune 500 PR:

About Healthnostics

Healthnostics, Inc. is a medical products manufacturer, system manufacturer, product distribution, and consulting company. Healthnostics' subsidiary, Worldwide Wipes Co., is a major manufacturer and distributor of medical and general swabs.

Also note that an even earlier description said this:

About Healthnostics

Healthnostics, Inc. is a diversified manufacturer, system manufacturer, product distribution, and consulting company, including subsidiaries Microfill Corporation, Worldwide Wipes Co. and HNS Fund Co.

HNSS has ALWAYS included a summary of their business at the end of each PR. Now why would they not put that at the end of the latest PR?

Hmmmm..... :)
