It's not going to pass because Lamar Smith stands in the way and won't hear the bill.

However, a shot has been fired at the Fed level and some good moves have been made in northern California and the state of Washington.

The bill does not legalize it , it just makes it not a federal problem . Puts it up the states to decide and so far its only medical .
