It certainly will be a boon to the whole east cost power grid if the petty manipulations of snarky self-interests, major utilities, Big Oil, and the failure of the Federal government to promote Green Energy project by small firms can be overcome.
In the Midwest, we're inundated by non-spinning pinwheels (..unless the wind hits very high levels..) because Warren Buffett, his personally controlled power company, MidAmereican Energy, and foreign manufacturers of wind turbines use Fed-funded low interest loans and back-room politics to force 30-year-ROI junk on the public - instead of simple low cost Anaerobic Digestion and other trash-&-wood-to-fuel technologies.
"..GOooooooooooooooooooooooo LLEG.."!!! . Look for more LLEG projects west of the Mississippi, and higher PPSs reasonably soon.
