Well, when NHSH came under Jeff's control, I assume through purchase, and here I assume again, because of what has recently occurred here, that he had friends go in with him to finance it........he and James stated publicly through an LOI that they were going to merge with QASP.....then Joe and comp. refused the merger and tied things up in court. Those, to my knowledge, are public FACTS.
Now, as to the email chain. My preference is that Sunscents makes it public, since he has declared to all and sundry what it contains, but only his interpretation of it, not the actual emails. I am in a quandary though. I was hoping, in referencing it so openly, letting him know that others had seen it, to either have him post it, to prove himself correct in his interpretation, or have him quit saying things that were not true, word by word, and meaning by meaning. At least, to another viewpoint. If he decides to continue to misrepresent (as I see it) what is written. Then, yes, I will post, at least the pertinent parts. So that you can make your own interpretation. His "keeping it for court" I discount, because, I believe that it is still perfectly good evidence, even if someone else read it.
I would, however, prefer he post it, because it IS his email, and I wouldn't have even referenced it, if he hadn't.
If this is insufficient, please contact me via the centacomnow email, and I'll try to figure out if it is right to share more of the email with you. It is a hard decision for me, because I DO want as much information out as possible, especially to those who are most concerned. Yet, I hate to share others' information, and simply felt forced by feeling like an injustice was being perpetrated.
As far as to whether sunscents was upset or not, there I assumed again, I put two and two together, after seeing the emails, and I assumed that he was upset, because, to me, that is the only reason he got so very mad at Jeff. Again, if he puts out the emails, you can all make your own assumptions.
Full story..........well, I believe it is obvious, we do not have that. I, at this point in time, will lean as far away from Joe as possible. And, I believe, that we should have the full story before deciding to hang someone. I believe you do,too. I know that you are asking as many questions as possible to get to the bottom of things. Keep doing so.
