Britpack, unless your blind you can see that someone has been selling big blocks of NHSH (i.e. 250K or more at a time)in the .05 range. Now it's obvious that those shares are from the 49 million shares put in Float that noone at Centacom wants to comment on; specifically who got them and why? So why don't you go back and ask IR to provide some specifics on the the 49 million shares. I'd love to know just who is profiting dumping those shares.

First, I am familiar with Investors Hub. Secondly, I am aghast at these statements that you have shared with me this evening. I do not know Mr. Stockfire409 and it is not my place to pass judgment; however, it is impossible for the content of his/her statements regarding me and my relationship to this Company to have any basis in fact.

I do not have any ownership of debt in NHSH of any kind, nor have I ever at any point in time. I do not own shares of NHSH, nor have I ever at any point in time. Further, I do not have either a majority or minority interest in any offshore companies, nor have I ever held such a position at any point in time.

I don't know how I can be any more clear on this matter. Additionally, I believe you are correct and It is also my understanding that it is illegal for an insider or anyone affiliated with a company to own debt and use it to sell shares into the market. I will repeat, I have never owned any debt or shares of NHSH, nor have I ever sold a single share of NHSH, nor have I even been in a position to potentially sell shares into the market.

I take pride in the work I have done in the past as an assistant to myfather, and further, am proud of the work that I, and the team at Centacom, continue to do in an effort to bring the potentialities of this Company to a reality.

Everyone has the right to criticize me for the composition or the quality of the Press Releases that I have distributed on behalf of this Company if they feel it is deserved; however, I do not believe anyone has the right to baselessly perpetuate and spread untruths about my actions. Not only is this harassment of my character disheartening, but it is undeniably unjustified.

Lastly, I am unable to comprehend how Mr. Stockfire409 can continue to state that not only am I selling shares of the Company I work for, but to paraphrase, my intentions are to give everyone an "EFFING". I do not know this individual, nor has he/she tried to contact me to verify the accuracy of these statements, nor do I know the reason he/she so vigorously believes that my character deserves to be defamed and harassed.

I believe that all individuals should be held accountable for their actions and if you have any information regarding the origin of these falsehoods, I would greatly appreciate you forwarding it to me: [e-mail].

I had always thought it to be illegal for an insider to own debt in a company and this has raised some doubts in my mind. I would appreciate some form of explanation as to whether there is any truth to these rumors.
