There is plenty of DD around the internet about what the DR government wants to do with Tax, there is plenty of DD about the race track, and more importantly WHATEVER we shareholders DO OR SAY IT WONT SPEED UP THE PROCESS IN CLOSING THESE DEALS.
BTW As far as the KENS deal about live online gaming, its offline because the CEO died and KENS did not pay the $3mil that was owned to the software developers of the site, which is GGL. (you can find that info on KENS 10k or 8k)
