In the meantime, are you suggesting somehow that it would be a smart play to buy nrtlq stock based on a patent auction which would pretty much close down nortel for good as nortel is no longer a going concern and has decided not to pursue any kind of reorganization thus almost guaranteeing common shares will be deemed worthless? The odds of anything left to pay off commons is extremely high.
Although it's true, plenty of BK companies are trading, at some point reality sets in and people realize there is nothing there except sporadic P&D's on the internet.
