But doesn't the company (i.e. President, Board of Directors and Vice President), want to make money. The increase in share price would increase the amount of money they make, instead of paying for expense off the shareholders back, they could increase the price to line their pockets and also help shareholder. Just my two cents, if I was a company I would be helping the shareholders and the company.. :)
