Actually I seem to recall the processor being 500 sq feet and the "footprint" being 1000 sq feet including the gas compression unit that's outside the building and not even needed on future processors.
The 4000 foot figure is likely a figment of your imagination because I accessed something called in "In Your Dreams 2.0" aka I was freakin' there.
