I have to agree it has taken a very long time to get it done. It has taken so long now the first quarter is due. I have heard in the next week or two, but you know how that goes.

Sure. I know exactly how long it takes. The company said so:

"The Company's current management is working diligently to file the reports. The Company believes that it will be current with its filings on or before April 20, 2005."

April 7:

"In fact, all of the 10QSB reports are scheduled to be completed in the next few days, and then all that will be needed is certification by the company's auditors. However, it should be noted, that the Company has virtually no control over its auditor's immediate availability, and although it does not anticipate further delays, they are always possible and could occur in this instance."

So, you see, it will all be done by April 20 unless the auditor has left for vacation.

This company always meets its target goals, unless it doesn't. That's been the historical pattern.
