I'm not happy about this unless it's going to allow them to complete the merger, and that could very well be the reason for this. It would make sense to do this for the acquisition. I'll have to read over it more carefully later.

So If I understand it right. The Stock price will fall By late July. When they put in 3 million more shares. Right??? GLTA
