LOL, there are OFFICES there an entire large team working and holding meetings, a large breakroom, a bathroom, a work room, a computer room, another large area for welding parts, another large room for storing feedstock that could probably feed 3 processors at once....then there's another area for moving the gaylord boxes into a steel bin -- only need 1 grand total not 1 per processor.....all kinds of stuff that have nothing to do with the processor nor needed in other locations.
I am dead right about 2000 square feet, I have been there, and you don't have a clue what you're talking about on this topic either. The support area for "running, maintaining, and feedstock" is smaller than the processor footprint.
Other than the feedstock storage, I could fit the "running maintaining" space needed in my master bedroom.
