By your standard of proof, I could say that contract news would bump it to a dollar and it would go up from there. But I want say that because it would be a lie.

I am certainly not bashing here, but the fact of the matter is that the last PR stated that it had potential contracts that were covered by a non binding MOU

This is what I stated yesterday, let the company execute thier business plan and we are all off to the Cayman Islands to open bank accounts (expect for me since I already live here)
But until then is is just white noise.
