earnest: it's not disgraceful for them not to file. It's absolutely necessary for them NOT to.

It's disgraceful that they promote and publish reports of glorious revenues (100 million dollars, for god's sake, just two years ago), while the financials would show otherwise.

Other than that, I agree with your posts wholeheartedly.
