Thanks, SERGEI, input from people who have experience here is very vital. As to your points:

I want to be careful ANY TIME I invest my money.

In reading past posts and reading PR's etc. I see that current management had done some strange things in the spin-off itself.

I never really investigated into the P&D history in the past. Many companies feel the need to do their 'awareness programs' to increase volatility.

IMO this is not a P&D because there is no pump. In fact, they haven't announced ANYTHING. If they wished to increase the pps and get out, they certainly could have played this up big time.

This is intriguing to me, they are not even HINTING at a R/M - it is very quiet, too quiet to me, at SNRY.

So, in my mind, a P&D is not an option. Now, if this shows up on 3-7 newsletters all of a sudden, I would be very aware.

Always need input, thanks. I would like to see this board full of information that we can all use - whether good or bad.
